Content and Social Media Executive


£20–£25k (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for someone with the ability to create scroll-stopping content and manage social channels for our awesome portfolio of clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the successful candidate:

• Working across an awesome portfolio of accounts in the hospitality, travel and food and beverage sectors 
• Management of social media channels, content curation and community management
• Creation of content – photography, video and writing for a variety of platforms and environments 
• Delivery of paid and organic social campaigns 
• Client management : attending meetings, compilation of minutes, delivery of reports 
• The ability to analyse performance and set / meet KPIs
• Researching ideas and concepts 
• Keeping abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms and content creation tools alongside a proficiency in social media monitoring and analytics tools

The successful candidate will have:

• A genuine interest and passion for the hospitality sector
• An inside-out understanding of social media platforms; TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
• A positive and proactive mindset, a ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to forge positive relationships
• Experience working in a busy agency environment, for entry-level candidates a period of work experience is acceptable
• High levels of communication – presentation, verbal and written skills and a flair for creativity
• Solid IT skills
• Excellent organisation and project management skills

The finer details:

• We’re based in Birmingham but service clients all over the UK
• This role involves some domestic travel and out of hours working on occasion

Office Manager


This role is fully remote, flexible and part time hours
(Salary to be discussed)

We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep us ship shape as we grow! We’re looking for someone who’s super organised, supportive and across the finer detail.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the successful candidate:

• Admin support across the business
Book keeping and management of expenses
Diary and travel management
HR support – filtering job applications, onboarding new employees and overseeing IT set up
Filing systems
Maintaining the office / our working environment
Handling mailings and deliveries
Admin support across accounts, where required
